Lynch’s signature “Lynchian” visual style draws inspiration from classic Hollywood cinema, film noir, and surrealist painters like Salvador Dalí and René Magritte, creating a visual language that transcends conventional television. In this 70-minute presentation, we’ll explore the iconography that defines Twin Peaks—a work that uses recurring visual motifs including red curtains, mirrors, doppelgangers, and theatrical lighting to create a unified artistic world.
